The purpose of this Consultation Document is for the RA to present the principles and a methodology for calculating the Feed-in Tariff for Bulk Generation Sole Use Installation (BGSUI) Licensees and invite comments from the public on the methodology. At the end of the consultation process, the RA will issue a General Determination which will set out the methodology used to calculate the FiT for BGSUI Licensees.

The RA, according to section 23 of the Electronic Communications Act 2011 (ECA), issues the second round of public consultation of the 2025 Electronic Communications Market Review (ECMR). This Preliminary Report, Decision and Order aims to present the RA’s assessment of the responses to the Electronic Communications Market Review Consultation Document and seek public comment on the RA’s proposed recommendations that will be set forth in a Final Report.
