Overview
The purpose of this Preliminary Report, Preliminary Decision and Order is for the RA to present the RA’s assessment of the responses to the Consultation Document published by the RA on 17 July 2023, to present updates to the Regulatory Accounting Instructions and respective draft General Determination, and invite comments on the Preliminary Report.
