Application Process for Bulk Generation Sole Use Installation Administrative Determination 2025
Overview
Pursuant to Section 32C of the Electricity Act 2016, an application has been made to the Regulatory Authority to obtain a Bulk Generation Sole Use Installation Licence. A Bulk Generation Sole Use Installation Licence authorises the licence holder to generate electricity above the licence threshold from a renewable energy system, provided the Licence holder uses or stores the electricity generated at its principal location.
