Public Consultations

The purpose of this Consultation Document is for the RA to: (i) provide its understanding of fuel pricing in Bermuda; (ii) present questions and considerations to stakeholders in order to collate public feedback; (iii) invite comments on the Consultation Document to help the RA review the current approach to determine fuel prices on the island, which it can use to develop the Fuel Pricing Methodology General Determination; and (iv) an Interim General Determination to address the pricing of fuels on a transitional basis. At the end of the consultation process, the RA will issue a General Determination which defines the fuel pricing methodology.
