The purpose of this Final Report, Final Decision and Order (the “Final Report”) is for the Regulatory Authority of Bermuda (the “Authority”) to: (i) present the Authority’s assessment of the responses to the Consultation: Regulatory Accounting Instructions General Determination for Electricity Sector (the “Consultation Document”) and the 2nd Round Consultation Document: Regulatory Accounting Instructions General Determination for Electricity Sector (the “Preliminary Report”); and (ii) to issue the General Determination (“GD”) setting the the Regulatory Accounting Instructions (the “Instructions”) for the electricity sector.

THIS ORDER is issued by the Regulatory Authority of Bermuda (the “Authority”) in accordance with section 63(1)(a) of the Regulatory Act 2011 (the “RAA”) and pursuant to sections 12 and 13(z) of the RAA and section 14 of the Electricity Act 2016 (the “EA”) and sets the template for the Standard Contract in accordance with section 49(2)(b)(i) of the EA. This Order supersedes the Authority’s Order regarding the Standard Contract issued on 9th March 2018.

THIS ORDER is issued by the Regulatory Authority of Bermuda (the "Authority") in accordance with section 63(1 )(c) of the Regulatory Act 2011 (the "RAA") and pursuant to sections 12 and 13(z) of the RAA and section 14 of the Electricity Act 2016 (the "EA"), in relation to the Order issued by the Authority on 6 March 2018 (the "Approval Order'') approving the replacement generation proposal (the "Proposal") submitted to the Authority by Bermuda Electric Light Company Limited ("BELCO") in its capacity as a holder of a bulk generation licence.

THIS ORDER is issued by the Regulatory Authority (the “Authority”) in accordance with section 63(1)(a) of the Regulatory Act 2011 (the “RAA”) and pursuant to sections 12 and 13(z) of the RAA and section 14 of the Electricity Act 2016 (the “EA”), in relation to the request from the Bermuda Electric Light Company Limited (“BELCO”) to the Authority dated 22 December 2017 (the “Proposal”) in which BELCO, in its capacity as a holder of a bulk generation licence, submitted its proposal to replace certain generating assets with replacement generation assets pursuant to Condition 20 of BELCO’s bulk generation licence granted on 27 October 2017.

The purpose of this Final Report, Final Decision and Order is for the Authority to present a summary of the responses to (i) the initial Consultation Document; and (ii) the Authority’s Proposed General Determination and Order and to enact the General Determination setting forth the transitional renewable energy tariff and methodology for assessing the level of the feed-in tariff, pursuant to section 36 of the EA.
