This Order clarifies the calculation of the Solar Net Metering Payment set forth in the Regulatory Authority (Transitional Measures for Bermuda Electric Light Company Limited (BELCO) Solar Net Metering Scheme) Emergency General Determination (the “EGD”).

This General Determination establishes the process (set out in the “Fee Filing Instructions” in Annex 1 to the Schedule) for the payment of Regulatory Authority fees and Government authorization fees.

These Fee Filing Instructions are meant to provide convenient filing instructions for electronic communications services that are subject to a fee. The instructions contain sections of the application form that relate to, fee amounts, payment information, and the general filing instructions/requirements.

This Final Decision culminates a Comparative Selection Process for the award of HDS-1 Frequencies in accordance with the assignment procedure specified by the Minister’s Spectrum Policy Statement of 22 September 2014.
