Consultation on the Draft Digital and Spectrum Strategy 2026–2030

The Draft Strategy proposes a technology-neutral approach to spectrum allocation to support 5G and future mobile technologies; measures to track affordability and coverage across all households; steps to strengthen market competition, including expanded number portability; minimum cybersecurity and network resilience requirements for licensed operators; and a review of the current telecommunications licensing framework with a view to simplification.
