This Final Decision and Order relates to the Authority’s investigation of Logic's spectrum assignments only. It addresses the evidence obtained during the Authority's investigation and is made subsequent to the comprehensive (non-confidential) Draft Final Decision and Order (the “Draft Decision”) that was published by the Authority on its website on 15 October 2014.

The purpose of this Draft Final Decision and Order is to provide the results of the Regulatory Authority’s (“RA” or “Authority”) Electronic Communications Act 2011 (“ECA”) Section 78 Transitional Spectrum Investigation and inform affected spectrum licensees and other interested parties which of the spectrum assignments the Regulatory Authority will renew, revise, or decline for renewal when the existing Transitional Spectrum Licenses expire on 29 October 2014.

This decision is made in accordance with the Regulatory Authority Act 2011 (RAA) section 65(a) (Decision). The Authority hereby issues this Decision concerning Adjudication Rules pursuant to the consultation entitled “Consultation: Adjudication Rules” Matter: C14/1624 dated 6 June 2014 (Consultation).

This General Determination establishes minimum standards that must be met by contracts offered to consumers for electronic communications services on a residential basis by Integrated Communications Operating Licence (ICOL) holders and Communications Operating Licence (COL) holders licensed under the Electronic Communications Act 2011.

The purpose of this Policy Statement is to provide the spectrum management policies for the RA to implement going forward with respect to spectrum allocations, spectrum assignments, and spectrum related fees.

The purpose of this document is to provide an overview of the selection process carried out by the RA concerning its marketing consulting firm.

This General Determination prescribes the method by which subscribers to fixed or mobile communications services can retain the fixed or mobile number assigned to them under the national numbering plan when such subscribers elect to switch to another communications provider.

This Interim General Determination prescribes the current number block assignments granted to each Integrated Communications Operators Licence holder. It has been made on an interim basis pursuant to section 66(1) of the Regulatory Authority Act 2011 pending the completion of a consultation on this issue.
