Pursuant to Part 8 of the Electricity Act 2016, Bermuda Electric Light Company Limited (BELCO), in its capacity as the Transmission, Distribution and Retail Licensee, submitted the final draft Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) to the Regulatory Authority of Bermuda (RA) for approval on 24 June 2026. The RA reviewed the final draft IRP in accordance with section 44 of the Electricity Act 2016 and determined that it satisfies the statutory requirements for approval on 25 June 2026.
