Overview
The purpose of this Invitation to Comment Document is for the RA to: (i) invite comments on the Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) Proposal submitted by the Transmission, Distribution and Retail Licensee (TD&R Licensee), set forth in Appendix A; and (ii) request submission of proposals for bulk generation or demand-side resources.
