SubCOL Licences

The Submarine Communications Operating Licence (SubCOL) authorizes the holder to provide International Wholesale Services to ICOL holders on international submarine cables landing in Bermuda. A SubCOL licence holder has the right to provide certain Electronic Communications Services within the territorial limits of Bermuda and between Bermuda and other countries.
