Transmission, Distribution & Retail (TD&R) Licences

Transmission, Distribution and Retail (TD&R) licences are established under section 20 of the Electricity Act 2016.

This Licence grants the Licensee the right to transmit, distribute and retail electricity within Bermuda and to purchase or acquire electricity from Bulk Generation Licensees and Distributed Generators, including the right to engage in any other activities which directly support, and which are necessary as regards, its right to transmit, distribute and retail electricity within Bermuda.
