The purpose of this Final Decision is to assign regulatory options for relevant markets where one or more operators have been designated as having significant market power (“SMP”) and to impose a set of obligations (hereafter: “remedies”) that the Regulatory Authority (“RA" or “Authority”) considers to be consistent with the objectives set out in Section 24 of the Electronic Communications Act 2011 (“ECA”).
