Market Review of the Electronic Communications Sector Final Report Decision and Order
Summary
The purpose of the Market Review is to analyse the state of competition in the various electronic communication markets to consider (i) whether any operators have SMP and if so, (ii) whether or not some form of ex ante remedy should be applied; and/or (iii) whether existing remedies should be modified or removed.
