The Regulatory Authority of Bermuda (the “RA”) hereby issues its Final Report, Decision and Order (the “Final Report”) defining the Spectrum Assignment Process. The Final Report contains: Assessment of the responses to the Preliminary Report and the Preliminary Decisions and Orders (the “Preliminary Report”) published by the RA on 28 August 2020; and Final Decision and Order in Appendix A adopting the RA’s General Determination (“GD”) on the Grant of Spectrum Licences, Permits, and Exempted Frequencies Licence (“SubCOL”) set out in Appendix B.
