This Guidance Note sets out guidance from the Regulatory Authority of Bermuda (the “RA”) in relation to the Cost Orientation obligation imposed on SMP operators in the electronic communications sector, set forth in the Market Review of the Electronic Communications Sector General Determination on 1 September 2020.
